2. Payments

2.1 We agree to provide the Course and you agree to pay the advertised price displayed at the time of purchase.

2.4 Access to the Course will not be granted until payment has been successfully received and cleared.

2.5 We reserve the right to amend course prices at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already completed.

3. Course Access and Delivery

3.2 Login details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.4 Course access is provided for the period specified on the course sales page or within your student dashboard.

3.5 Course content remains the intellectual property of The Online Course Group and must not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

4. Certificates

4.1 Certificates will be available once all course requirements have been successfully completed.

4.2 Certificates are issued electronically unless otherwise stated.

4.3 It is your responsibility to download and save your certificate once issued.

5. No Cancellation and No Refund Policy

5.1 Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases made through The Online Course Group are final.

5.2 Once a Course, bundle, membership, programme, or digital product has been purchased, no cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be offered under any circumstances.

5.3 By purchasing a Course, you expressly agree that access to digital content may begin immediately and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights may be waived where permitted by applicable law.

5.4 Refunds will not be issued due to:

Change of mind
Lack of time to study
Failure to complete the course
Technical issues caused by your own device, software, or internet connection
Incorrect course selection made by the student
Failure to read course descriptions before purchase

5.5 Students are encouraged to review all course information carefully before completing a purchase.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

6.1 We will use reasonable skill and care in providing our Courses and Services.

6.2 While every effort is made to ensure course content is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that materials will be error-free or uninterrupted.
